Most sane people perceive the sensor
Most sane people perceive that they need to stop arguing about specs, and choose whichever camera is right for their needs, skills and budget.

But after that moment of lucidity, they come here to convince everyone else that the choice they made based on their needs, skills and budget is the choice that everyone else should make, too.

You'd think they'd be too busy creating wonderful images with that new magical device.

Canon congratulating itself. This is not interesting.
Prove you are an "innovator" and show us a state-of-the-Art FF mirrorless camera. I am not holding my breath. 8)
I want Canon to innovate to come up with FF rebel for the price of existing Rebel.

You’d think...but I guess that’s where ‘sanity’ —or lack thereof— becomes relevant to the discussion.

Once rain stops, during bright day with heavy back-lit subject and before stars appear above sky, they make magical images. Just kidding.

Reminds of a colleague who, when asked what model camera he had, replied 'Canon Cortina'. This baffled a lot of people until he explains that when taking landscapes he didn't walk further than the 50 yards from where he parked his car (a Ford Cortina).

So mirrorless is the only definition of innovation? What a small world you live in.

They have no idea what innovation is. They just know they want it. Like Brondo, innovation has electrolytes.
