Canon 1DX MK II - Moving the AF Point instantly

Hello everyone,
I recently picked up a 1Dx MK II to replace the MK I Version and I can't find a certain AF Function.
With the MK I, one was able to move the AF Point instantly by simply using the small joystick. Now with the MK II I have to press the AF Selection Button first to move the AF Point which slows me down every time. The User manual wasn't helpful on this topic and I hope someone here can tell me which settings need to be changed to move the AF Point with the Joystick anytime.

Cheers,
Flux

Hi Flux capacitor.
Page 445 second image icon bottom right corner, select direct access if it works anything like the 7DII (from memory, I don't have my camera handy to check exact procedure) plus a bit more info on page 453 that might help.
The menu system on current bodies once mastered is much better in my opinion, but they have grouped a lot of stuff under different headings from the previous generation, at least on the lesser bodies, I don't know which menu layout the 1Dx has.

Cheers, Graham.
Edit just seen that the issue is solved, it appears I may have a different version of the manual or I got he wrong answer.
