Well 60% is higher than I would have thought. I think the 1Dx must be helping, plus your ability to use it. Anyway I like your pictures of basket ball. The razor thin depth of field coupled with the expressions on the young players faces make for enjoyable pictures. Keep posting !

Thanks. I appreciate your comments. I still need to improve a lot though. I want to keep learning and improving and I think this site helps a great deal.

Oh man, there are some incredible images in this thread. A couple of my own contributions... not what I expected to be using this lens for necessarily, but the focus speed is a revelation compared to the 100mm f2.8L, and I was excited to be able to capture these:

Here's a sample taken with the 135L + 1.4xII extender (189mm f/2.8L
) I love that with the Canon extender you can do a separate AFMA and get better AF results.
