I pull the levers in Aperture 3 adjusts the levels and other common things. But some of the most important thing is to remove color and then adjust the white balance before I put the colors back into the program. In Aperture, so I adjust on with auto levels again. But this is difficult to explain in that I have created a template that I just click on and then the alignment is done in the program. Hope you got a little wiser with this explanation

Here are two shots with the 24-70 from Sloss Furnaces in Birmingham, AL. The first is at 46mm and the second is at 24mm. Both shot with a 7D.

I used HDR for both of them. My wife and I were down there over Memorial Day weekend. It was really hot and bright. I would like to use a wider lens for that place but I do not have one... L lenses are what I am addicted to and they are expensive! If you took your pic with the 24-70, then you should post it as well.
