Canon EF-M 11-22mm f/4-5.6 IS STM

Here's some with the M3/11-22 combo from a backpacking trip last weekend. All shot handheld, some with a 40lb pack on my back.

Along the East Inlet Trail in Rocky Mountain National Park.

I was at a 2-day conference in London earlier this month. I knew in advance that I'd have little if any time to go out shooting based on the busy agenda and my arriving and departing flights being just 3 hrs on either side of the meeting, so I didn't pack the 1D X and lenses, but rather brought only the EOS M2, M11-22, and a Gorillapod.

I managed to get out for barely over an hour at the right time of day, which with Tube travel left me only about 30 minutes to cross the Thames over one of the Golden Jubilee Bridges, walk along the bank past the London Eye, and then back across the Westminster Bridge.

The M 11-22 lens is a really superb lens.
Got it for my wife on her M for real estate shots. I use it occasionally. Just wish my eyes can see better, or that the M (of any variety) comes with view finder.

For those who are interested in this lens, major US retailers are selling it now for US$399; major Canadian retailers are selling the same lens for C$399. With exchange at about 1.35, you can do the math.

Here's one of mine with EOS-M; 11mm; f11; 25 sec and iso 200.

I bought mine from a Canadian retailer...but at the time, Canon USA wasn't selling them so that was really my only option.
