I ordered on the 30th July and was told by WEX would probably be a few weeks after initial launch as they had a few hundred in front of me. I buy through my local dealer who gives me a call when the product comes in (and sends an email) and I have 24 hours to pay or the next person on the list gets the call and I lose my reservation.I just put larger preorders on a card with a limit sufficient for several R1's, so I don't need to worry about holds.
Got a mail today that my order has been processed and will be available for collect at my local WEX when convenient for me.
