Does new DPP 3.11.10.0 have a bug?

Has anyone else noticed that the new DPP that ships with the 5D3 will make JPGs sharper when set to high speed viewing and softer when set to high quality viewing? Here's what I'm talking about along with test images:

Yes, it's come up on a few sites over the last few days.

Check the digital picture. He has posted images, and developed work-arounds. He is also talking with Canon about it.

is anyone else noticing that ACR6.7 is softening the images compared to the DPP quickview as well.
currently there is no reliable way to process images from the 5D3 to equal the output of the 5Dmk2

Its all a plot to make us smile even harder when the software does exist lol.
