EF-S 35mm F2.8 Macro IS

The specified MFD of the lens is 13 cm only. It means that the MWD is about 3-5 cm. In my opinion it's a way too short for any subject alive. For static subjects and flowers can be acceptable. Theoretically it supports extension tubes but if you try to add a 25 mm one to achieve 1.91x magnification the subject will go inside the lens. :)

Hmm...good point. And the Laowa 60mm 2X has a MFD of 6 cm, so I am back to considering the MP-E. Thanks.
