You should be able to sell a new-in-box Pixma PRO-100 on Craigslist for $100 - $150, even with the bar code removed for rebate redemption. The ink tanks supplied with the printer are full (i.e., not half-filled "starter" tanks), and a complete set of 8 tanks runs around $100 retail.

I bought my PRO-100 in 2013, and I've since purchased a few more out of these package/rebate deals from local photographers for around $100, raided the box for the ink tanks, and sold the printer without inks for $25 - $50.
