FF body with lowest noise

I do a lot of incense stick smoke photography using a 180 macro mounted on a 1Ds3.
The nature of the work, deep blacks and streaks of bright, can be quite noisy, even at ISO 100.
Which new FF body offers the absolute best suiting my needs for decreased noise?

With Canon, that would be the 6d which has their newest low-mp ff sensor. But otherwise I agree for ultra-low noise and if you're unhappy even with a 1d3s it's really Sonikon if you can mount your macro on that body.
