My collection from the last few weeks: Candle tree, Calabash tree, the white form of the Crown flower, Imperial bromelia, unknown Bromeliad and for the rest I have no idea...

No frost here :(: Freycinetia cumingiana. Not native to Hawaii but very similar flowers to the native F. arborea (that one is by far bigger!)

Few more from the same botanical garden - I returned to solve a problem described in the "Mushrooms" topic...
First time noticed small tree with "appetizing looking" fruits: turns out to be a Strychnine Tree (Strychnos nux-vomica) :eek:. I wander why there is no warning label for it's toxicity - the garden is full with families with small (and pretty crazy!) children!!!
