Judging by the purported EXIF screenshot, I'd call this a lame attempt at suggesting this is an image from a new, not-yet-released camera.
With such a believable screenshot, and no EXIF in the uploaded image, I'm sure Tim Dune is onto something.
Of course, it's not nearly as exciting as this EXIF info and image from the forthcoming EOS 4D Mark VIII. Just look at that high ISO capability!!
