I was wondering if anybody else has had this issue with their Canon 70-200mm 2.8 IS II. When the lens is attached to my Canon 6D camera and the lens is pointed to the ground and I initiate the IS it makes an awful grinding sound when it kicks in but when I bring the camera on the level pointing at something and initiate the IS 9x out of 10 it is not making the sound but then every once in awhile it will the lens is brand new bought it 6mths ago give or take a month and it has been babied since...DO I send it to Canon with my Camera or just the lens? Any help/advise would be great...
