I'm new to this forum and I hope this is the right spot for this.
For anyone who likes to have the option to do a little photo editing on the go, you understand how frustrating the CR3 format can be, especially with being forced to pay for Lightroom or transfer to the computer for the DNG converter.
I decided to develope a native Android CR3-to-DNG converter that actually decodes the CR3 files and saves them as high quality 16-bit DNGs, preserving EXIF data and native color matrices.
I'm hoping it'll be live on the app store in about 2 weeks but it's in beta test right now and anyone is welcome to join for free and try it out: Join and Download
