I thought the 5Dsr had a silent EFCS?

In live view and silent setting one or two I can still hear the camera taking the shot but had read it was truly silent.

Did I read this wrong or is there a specific thing I need to set?

An electronic first curtain. You're still going to hear the second curtain (the physical shutter) closing to end the exposure.
