Here is a different translation of the basic claims. Its a translation into English, and you know what that means :)

[Claim 1]
It is the imaging device provided with a displaying means which can equip with a tilt lens and displays a captured image,
An acquisition means which acquires lens information which shows angle of rotation of a circumference of an optic axis in the aforementioned tilt lens,
A control means which controls the aforementioned displaying means to superimpose a line rotated from a horizontal direction or vertical direction to the aforementioned imaging device on the aforementioned captured image, and to display it according to angle of rotation of a circumference of an optic axis which lens information acquired by the aforementioned acquisition means shows
An imaging device characterized by preparation ******.

[Claim 2]
The imaging device according to claim 1, wherein the aforementioned control means displays on the aforementioned displaying means a line which shows a horizontal direction or/and vertical direction to the aforementioned imaging device with a line rotated from a horizontal direction or vertical direction to the aforementioned imaging device.

[Claim 3]
The aforementioned tilt lens can change the degree of optical axial angle to an imaging surface, and angle of rotation of a circumference of an optic axis.
The imaging device according to claim 1 or 2 being able to adjust a range focused by making into the aforementioned imaging surface and non parallel a surface which changes the aforementioned degree of optical axial angle, and is focused.

[Claim 4]
The imaging device according to claim 3, wherein the aforementioned control means displays on the aforementioned displaying means a line vertical to a direction from which a range with which it focuses when changing the aforementioned degree of optical axial angle changes.

[Claim 5]
The imaging device according to claim 4 the aforementioned control means's rotating a line vertical to a direction from which a range with which it focuses when changing the aforementioned degree of optical axial angle changes according to angle of rotation of a circumference of the aforementioned optic axis, and displaying it.

[Claim 6]
An imaging device of a description in any 1 item of Claims 3-5, wherein the aforementioned control means displays a line which shows a direction from which a range which the aforementioned focus suits changes, and a line orthogonal to the line concerned by the shape of a lattice.

[Claim 7]
According to an instruction of an enlarged display of an image having been input, it has an enlarged display means which expands a partial area of the aforementioned image and is displayed on the aforementioned displaying means,
An imaging device of a description in any 1 item of Claims 1-6, wherein the aforementioned enlarged display means displays an image rotated according to angle of rotation of a circumference of the aforementioned optic axis.

[Claim 8]
The imaging device according to claim 1 which carries out a superimposed thing [ carrying out and displaying ] for the aforementioned line to a captured image with the characteristics at the time of a display of a live view based on a captured image in the aforementioned control means, or an acknowledgment indicator of a captured image recorded on a recording medium.

[Claim 9]
It is the control method of an imaging device provided with a displaying means which can equip with a tilt lens and displays a captured image,
An acquisition step which acquires lens information which shows angle of rotation of a circumference of an optic axis in the aforementioned tilt lens,
A control step which controls the aforementioned displaying means to superimpose a line rotated from a horizontal direction or vertical direction to the aforementioned imaging device on the aforementioned captured image, and to display it according to angle of rotation of a circumference of an optic axis which lens information acquired by the aforementioned acquisition step shows
A control method characterized by preparation ******.

[Claim 10]
It is a program for making a computer perform a control method of an imaging device provided with a displaying means which can equip with a tilt lens and displays a captured image,
An aforementioned control method,
An acquisition step which acquires lens information which shows angle of rotation of a circumference of an optic axis in the aforementioned tilt lens,
A control step which controls the aforementioned displaying means to superimpose a line rotated from a horizontal direction or vertical direction to the aforementioned imaging device on the aforementioned captured image, and to display it according to angle of rotation of a circumference of an optic axis which lens information acquired by the aforementioned acquisition step shows
A program characterized by preparation ******.

And that MACRO tilt-shift lens makes itself heard again. (my highlighting)

[Background of the Invention]
[0002]
The idea of displaying the line for assisting the composition according to the kind of lens about the line superimposed display for assisting the through image at the time of live view imaging with composition is disclosed.
[0003]
For example, after distinguishing the kind of attached lens, if it is a macro lens and is a tilt lens and a shift lens about the line containing a graduation, the display control of the imaging device which carries out the superimposed display of the grid line is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1).

Ah, here's my interpretation:
  • New Tilt/Shift lenses will embed metadata about tilt/shift - in real-time
  • Updated firmware could be coming to compatible cameras to display this metadata in LiveView mode or in VF to assist in composition
  • Compatible cameras could be 5DIII, 1Dx, etc. because they have LCD VF overlay as well

Cheers

You guys should take a look at the Hasselblad HTS 1.5 Adapter.

Build in 1.5TC, auto distortion and CA corrections tuned to dialed in tilt and shift; tilt, shift and rotation set displayed on camera LCD, all for a paltry $5,555.

Shooting assist functions suitable for tilt lens

  • Rotate display grid lines
  • The angle information of the tilt lens to determine the angle of the grid lines
  • To align in the direction of change of focus, the angle of the grating lines, easy to compose the picture

Now that sounds AWESOME. Can't wait for this!
