Looks like an RF 100-500.
That would scare the **** out of me! Hope he has spare pants! LOL

Yes when the lens reviews always insist how important "reach" is for a natural photographer.... this guy understands it now.

The 200-800 has a black hood, so like @danfaz said above, most likely a 100-500.

... and the 200-800 has this long barrel front element with constant diameter before it gets thinner with the zooming barrel.
Definitely a 100-500.
But for sure, that guy would have been better off with a 200-800
