I rock a 60D and Love it.
Trying to get into Full From
Dont have much money, just enough for a 6D or a 5D Mark2

So, Im only shooting street Photography and want start doing Street Modeling

for glass i have:
50mm
40mm
Stock lens 24-200 mm
Sigma 10-10 EX

your thoughts on what to get a 6D or 5D MK2
Should i get the body only?
What lens should i invest in

Lens suggestion: 85mm f/1.8, great for pictures of faces

Canon or Sigma 50mm 1.4 for "human eye" shots, but sounds like you got a 50mm. Maybe a 135mm, for unbelievable facial detail, or a 35mm, to better tell a story with a shot, capture a meaningful amount of environmental context.

I'd go for the 6D, but if you wanted a better built camera (that still has amazing image quality), go for the 5D II. However, the 6D is a little improved in the low light performance.

I think the 5D2 is good bang for buck, even though it's getting old. A nice one can be had for $1200-ish on POTN. If you have enough cash, the 6D has a very good centre AF point that is better than anything else that Canon offers.

The classic street focal length is a fast 35 mm but if you want to be a bit more discrete, a 135 mm allows you to get some separation from your subject. If you're looking for a 35 lens, the new Sigma 35/1.4 runs rings around everything else. Among 135's, it is the Canon 135L.

I second that Sigma 35 recommendation. Aside from delivering great IQ, it also balances nicely with the 6D's weight and is relatively discreet thanks to the all-black case construction.

I would suggest the EF-S 15-85 mm which has a great range for street shooting. It's a very good lens by any standard and it offers the versatility of a zoom.
