R6II Bit Rate Clarification, please!

Just curious about the R6II bit rate in Electronic Shutter.
I see in the manual that it's 12-Bit in ES at 40FPS. All mechanical FPSs appear to have 14-Bit.
So, what about the slower 1 FPS and 20FPS modes of ES. Are they 12-Bit like in 40FPS or are they 14-Bit like the slower MS options.

IIRC, and according to Bryan/TDP, it’s 14-bit for mechanical and EFCS and 12-bit for electronic shutter. No distinction for frame rate.
