The site is pretty basic for now, and we're looking to make improvements asap. We have a basic rental related question to ask you...When you're renting photo gear from rental houses/camera shops, is there anything about that process that you would say is a hassle? Or just something you wish was different about the process. We want to know how we can help make the rental process smoother.
