I would like to seen more dedicated macro lenses like RF150L f/2.8 or RF180mmL F2.8 and a 50mm or 70mm Macro f/2.8 would be nice.

RF 14mm f1.4 looks intriguing for astro/Milky Way. Hopefully it doesn't require a lot of software corrections.

Let's hope it will not have much coma. If it's (almost) coma free it will tempt.

In the meantime, Sigma Art 14mm f/1.8 is just fine for astrophotography either on the 5DMkIV or on the R5.

In my opinion its weakness is flare resistance (or lack thereof).
