Should I return the 5d Mark III

I'm still in the 30 day window with Amazon. Should I return the 5d III and wait until this is resolved.

No idea. No one can make that decision for you tbh.. and I wouldn't take anyones advice

Keep it. Unless you are having some specific, bad problem that it needs to be returned for(shutter doesn't work, pix are purple with yellow polka-dots). I think people are making a mountain out of a mole hill. Maybe an ant hill... There IS a problem with DPP, but that will more than likely be corrected within the next week or two and besides, that's not a CAMERA issue. I also don't think the "light leak" will effect anyone in a real world shooting situation. When I first got my MKIII, I was playing with the AF in low-light and the metering was pretty much dead-on, so I don't think it's worth worrying about.
