I took ISO 1600 and 3200 of the same thing with both camera's.
I used my new kit lens, the 24-105 f/4 lens.
I used the Adobe 6.7 RC converter to create DNG's from both cameras, then tweaked them a bit in LR, including some noise reduction, and outputted the full resolution JPEG. I figured, that's how I would use it, so that's what I did.
I set the WB to the same value for the images, but they look different for some reason ( sensor or DNG conversion? )
The 5DIII images look more vibrant to me. The 5DII at ISO 1600 looks sharper than the 5DIII, but I still like the 5DIII image better overall.

I realize my settings for NR got kind of messed up somehow, they should have been stronger for the ISO3200 images
