The Cortona On The Move (COTM) is an international photography festival that takes place in the city of Cortona, Tuscany, and includes workshops and portfolio readings, conferences, meetings, and awards with photographers, photo editors, and journalists from all over the world. Of course, I’m a southern boy so there has been plenty of humor generated surrounding the prevalent accent in my part of the country
