Forgive me for being skeptical, but what is to stop someone from making a large and high quality print of an AI fake then taking a photo?

My impression is that a lot of fake / doctored images are not derived from pros, but rather from vox pop-type shots, which wouldn't be helped by this. However, in terms of limiting (I won't say 'stopping') the impact of 3rd parties manipulating pro shots after the event, this could be helpful.
