Speeding up DPP4

I have a DELL laptop with intel i7 8th gen CPU (6 cores, 12 threads) and no GPU. I found a way to speed up DPP4 in baking JPGs. I selected 10 RAW images from EOS R and it took 3:47 to generate the JPGs. Then I took the 5 first and as soon it started to generate JPGs I selected the last 5 and did the same. For all (2 of them) jobs to finish it took 2:50. Maybe two jobs use the cores more efficient, filling the inactive processing gaps of one job with the needs of the other.

I have experimentally found that 3 parallel runs of CR3->JPG conversion is enough to keep my i7-1255U CPU at 100% utilization.
