I am using a 5DM3 and a 24-70mm for portrait style photos in a room where I blocked all natural light, and am using a video light KNO FLO Diva with an attached flozier for diffusion http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/656786-REG/Kino_Flo_DIV_401_120_Diva_Lite_401_Fixture.html and a white reflector as the fill. I am very new to photography and lighting, and do not have a light meter. Can anyone give me a ball park idea of where they think my settings should be? My last photoshoot test was shot in AV with F6.3, ISO 500, exposure +1 The lighting in the photos came out decent, though far from what any of your would consider good.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Put the camera in manual exposure with the shutter and aperture where you want them, and with a guess at the ISO.

The exposure level indicator in the viewfinder and on top of the camera will show if you are under or over exposing. Adjust the parameters to correct the exposure. That is a starting point. Then increase or decrease the ISO setting to get it right. Leave it in manual as long as the light is constant.

See your manual.

I would only raise the ISO if you can't get a fast enough shutter speed to hand hold taking the shot. It's digital why don't you just take some test shots with different shutter speeds, look at them on your moniter and see what results you like the most then go with that.
