What size 5d3 RAW files

I shoot weddings generally and I wanted to buy the right sized card for a 5d3 which will turn up next month hopefully. I'm going to be using RAW files on the CF and JPEG on the SD as a backup.

I've only got a few 5d3 RAW files so I was wondering what I can realistically expect as an average? I shoot all ISO ranges - 100-6400. Would 30mb be a good average? Or 35mb?

I'd guess ~32 MB for an average. Bryan at TDP has posted the following file sizes for RAW images:

My Cr2's range from 25mb to 79mb and when saved in tiff format, the 79mb becomes 130 mb.

The very large files were edited in DPP with the lens correction feature. The data is saved to the CR2 file but Adobe and likely all the other software does not read it, so its only useful if you use DPP all the time, which I do not.

The files not enlarged in DPP ran 25-35mb and more at the extreme high ISO's that were only used for testing.

I wonder how large D800 files will be at the high ISO's?

I think the files are maybe 1mb larger than my 5D MK II.
