Will Canon Answer the New Panasonic HC-X1000? A 4K Camcorder under $4K

Seems to me, this price point at 4K will have a huge market, (selling to people like, I don't know, perhaps... me?):

I realize it's not the sensor size of a C500 or FS7, but I think Canon ignores this 4K price/performance point at its peril.

Am I wrong? Thoughts?
