Worth buying 24 mm ts-e mark I ?

BH offers it for 1300 (all included) used in great (9)condition, is the lens that much worse than the 2000 $ version II ? or is it a bargain?

I do not have experience on version 1. Only what I read in the internet but that you can find it too. However, I do have version 2 and I love it. I believe that it is one of the lenses that are worth their money. I wouldn't risk with version 1 anyway.
