I just noticed today on Wex and Park Camera that all the super-tele lenses from the 300mm f/2.8 to the 600mm f/4 have went up in price, some of them like the 500mm f/4 and 300 f/2.8 have went up about £1000. Not sure of any specific reason, but I am going to guess something, something leaving the EU and/or something, something COVID 19.

Thanks for the heads up. They do look higher than usual. I did a quick check on the German and US prices for the 300mm f/2.8 II and they are similar to the UK. The prices sometimes go up when sales are slack and there is a subsequent cashback etc.

It looks like most stuff is up:
My Z6 that was £1399 when i bought it is now £1799.99
And the Nikon 200-500 is up £300

Across every store, cameras got ether a little more expensive, or a lot more expensive. And to the best of my knowledge, these things weren't on sale as I have tracked the price of the Canon 200-400 and 500mm for the last 3 years and this is the first time they have went up.
