You save her because she gave you good opportunity to take a photo "in fly" (kidding off-course: i didn't notice the web in first glance!). Nice shots Alan!

I suppose the last one is one of the sharpest I've ever made from a damselfly.

This could be a western clubtail (gomphus pulchellus).
Edit: western clubtail is confirmed!
Not 100% sure yet. Saw them just once at my ponds.
