First impression: really nice pic. Congrats.

Getting a little bit deeper into crit also means taking individual preferences into account:
+ I think, you nailed the sharpness really well.
- I would have prefered a little bit more DOF. Looking at the EXIF i see F7,1 and maybe F10 would have made the ball of pollen at the leg a little bit sharper. But knowing, how fast you have to react with insects and seeing from other EXIF, that there was not much light. This is just a wish.
+ colorful pic, but
- IMHO a little bit too much saturation and maybe the WB a little bit off (bee too yellow, flower and background too blue). But I haven't seen the real situation, so a hard guess.
+/- the center framing of the bee is not ideal but right now i have not good advice for an alternative here with this kind of flower
