Just got a 5d mark iii yesterday and the image shot counter is stuck at 1999. Doesn't go from 0-1999.... Any thought's on what to do to fix it without sending it back? I've only used the SD slot but that shouldn't matter, right? I've tried to do a reset... same thing. help!
If you mean how many images left on your card, and it exceeds 1999 images, it wil only display 1999 until you have less left, and then start to count down to zero. It only means you have more than 1999 images left.
