Advise on TS-E lens for aerial/landscape work

Hello everyone!
I'm currently looking to expand my lens line-up with a ts lens, but can't decide which would best fit my needs for my commercial aerial work and my private passion (landscapes).
I use 5D3 and 7D bodies.
However, fearing that the 24mm would be too wide for aerial work and the 45mm too narrow for my general landscape work, I'm torn between the 24mm and 45mm ts-e lenses.
Is anyone here experienced with this type of problem?

ps. In the long run I'm likely to purchase both, but currently I want to limit myself to only one.

Hard thing... Lenses are almost ALWAYS preference but I ahve seen many more photographers owning/using the 24 over the 45....

I'd get the 24mm. The ability to change relative orientation of tilt and shift on the fly is key.

Not sure about a TS lens for aerial work, though - usually takes a while to set up a shot.

I think I'll get the 24mm first, you're making a good point there.
Regarding aerial shots:
It really should not be a big problem, as I don't fly in a fixed wing aircraft and staying in/getting back to a certain position is no problem. Setting up the lens quickly etc, would just need some training on the ground.
(Which is another point for the 24mm.)
