Canon control ring adapters

The problem is the same for Canon and Nikon across the countries in the United Kingdom and is partly due to the world wide health crisis, high demand, leaving the union, and perhaps even the recent fire. I have found it best to setup a bot to check a few dozen smaller stores and automatically buy from the first person that has stock.

It's not unique to the U.K.

However. I would say that I am less enamored of the control ring adapter (or the lens control ring) than I was initially. I had my R set to change the ISO through the control ring and found it all too easy to change it inadvertently. I now prefer the non-control ring version.

I have had my R5 camera for nearly 5 months and we still cannot get hold of the control ring adapters in the uk and their are some selling on eBay at silly money are we being held to ransom ! And is their a problem at canons factory feel like they are letting us down as in uk shops still do not have any supplies ?
I was waiting for the R6 and control ring adapter to be available on BH and Adorama but was impossible to get, so I purchased it on Canon shop directly, took me 20 days to get the camera and probably 45 for the adapter.

I ordered my R6 and the control ring adapter from Camera Canada. It arrived quickly. They and Henrys have them in stock now but I am not sure how much shipping/duties/taxes will be on a product bought from Canada and shipped to the UK. Here is a link to the adapter on both sites:

Really? I love it!!. Set up as exposure compensation when using manual with auto ISO it really speeds things up in rapidly changing situations
