Anyone know if theirs any new rumors about the mystical Eos 3D camera?

The rumors have been around for a very long time, and i was wondering maybe it will fit the gap for canon 5D mark iii and the canon 1Dx ?

Any thoughts anyone?

Maybe it will be the next APS-H camera :D

By the way if you guys have a twitter, i have one for personal/anything about photography. If you guys want to follow me, that would be great. Www.twitter.com/rafaelgoesskii

I think APS-H is unlikely for the "3D". I would sooner say 30ish megapixels in a 5D III body. I was impressed with Canon's decision to make the 1DX only 18 MP but they do need a high megapixel camera as well.

I would say a professional body tbh, studio work requires a lot of portrait orientation use, with out having to pay for a grip, and personally I don't think there will be a 3d, maybe a studio committed 1dxs (or some ridiculous name like that) with a high 27-31 MP count.

Whatever they call it, I think such a camera is very likely. As for the form factor, it's hard to say. A pro body would be more expensive to produce so I would say better to sell it at a lower price and have a high-quality battery grip as an option for those who need it.
