OKAY ! .. He is what I am trying to do. ??? I have a couple of Canon FD teleconverters and I want to use them with my Canon EOS lenses. I have the adapter ring that mounts the Canon FD lens to my Canon EOS XS. BUT ! I want to mount the an EOS Lens in front of the Canon FD teleconverter. So I need a female Canon FD to Female EOS Coupler ... Is there such a thing ?

If it doesn't have glass in it is won't focus your lenses to infinity, there is not a glassless convertor for FD to EOS that works to infinity, just "Macro" convertors. The FD TC's are not that good anyway, once you put a proper convertor in there as well the IQ will be very low. Just sell the FD convertor and get a secondhand EOS TC.

You can use the same adapter that you use to mount the lens to the camera. don't expect too much, unless its a high end lens, it will not be as good as a cheap EF lens, and the TC will bring it down a big notch.

As to infinity focus using a TC, I don't know if its a issue or not.

;D That is kind of what I thought. I have looked around for something to adapt the FD lens to my EOS, but to no avail.. I have though found an adapter for some old Sears lenses. They work great. Boy how the weights have changed..LOL.. Thanks everyone for the input.

You can't use the same adapter that he has now. He has an adapter for mounting an FD lens on a EF body. What he needs now is an adapter to mount an EF lens to a FD body. That is the exact opposite.

No one has ever made one, and no one ever will, because it would be impossible to change the aperture.
