End of an era, DPReview.com will shut down next month

When I first heard the news, I thought surely there would be a massive movement online to convince Amazon to reconsider. Unfortunately, this petition has not broken 5,000 signatures after over a week! https://www.change.org/p/stop-amazon-from-closing-dpreview-com

Change.org seems to filter out “You are a poopyhead, switch to Sony, much better DR and overheating”, which is what most of dpreview consisted of.

One think I won't miss about DPR is obnoxious Brand Warriors. They will have to go rant to themselves.
