Help identifying this mount

I am trying to identify this mount. The thread is M58, but it also has a locking pin. It is on a Kilfitt Zoomatar 250mm F/1.3 lens. I'd like to find/make an adapter to Canon EF mount. Is there a name for this Kilfitt mount? I've seen some Kilfitt adapters that appear to have a hole for this pin, however, it is not clear whether they are interchangeable and none were adaptations to the EF momunt. My plan right now is to get a M58 female to EF adapter and use extension tubes to get the flange distance in the ballpark. Any info or ideas welcomed.

Thanks for the interesting brochure, not sure it helps though. I was initially thinking it might be a Hasselblad mount, but I could not find anything quite like it.
