Problems with Lightroom: no Internet - LR is not working

Good morning Guys!

I´ve been on an small island, where no Internet was available. I shot a lot of birds and animals, but had problems with Lightroom Classic. I was not able to start it, because the online account-verification could not be done.

How can I solve this problem, so LR starts even offline?

Thank you
Daniela

The adobe support forums imply that you get a 30 day grace period after login, so before you leave, sign out and then sign back in. That should get you 30 days off offline usage before you'll need to login again.

I haven't tried it myself and that post was a year old already, so Adobe probably has changed things around already.

You can only use it short term without internet. If you logoff from within Lightroom or logoff of the creative cloud app, then you must have internet to use it. The limit is 30 days for month by month subscriptions and 99 days for annual.

Since you managed to post here, can you use that internet connection to login(access point on phone?). Then, do not logout, just close lightroom.

There are no magic workarounds.
