Yikes, I don't think I would pre-order a camera like this. I would want to wait for some in depth-reviews first.

That is just too risky.

Estimated ship date isn't until late July, so this "Canon deserter" figures to have 5 to 6+ weeks to check out reviews.

Then I sincerely hope that the Sony system works out for you. It sounds like a nice system.

The real test for Sony will come much later when the Canikon "deserters" try to shoot professional sessions or weddings and run into the gross lack of professional triggers/speedlites/accessories, then even later than that when they need to work with the woefully slow/expensive Sony service department :'(
