The 1DX is announced -- What will October 26th bring?

Not to move topics to quickly but...

Now that we have announcement on the 1DX today, What do you think Canon will be announcing on October 26th?

It sounds like a Printer for sure. Could anything else be announced also?

I am pretty sure it will not be the 5Diii but could a new entry level full frame body priced below $2500 be revealed?

If Canon announced 1D X 6 months earlier of the "on stock" date , they maybe release a 5D MK III with one year advance

Thinking about number of people who want something from Canon it might be useful for Canon guys to create an online wish-list or something similar, so we can write about our camera dreams directly to them

If there is an announcement, it will be a lens or 2 to demonstrate the abilities of the 1Dx - so 200-400!

Rebel.... possibly in Jan/Feb... they need a D7000/D5100 killer in a small package equipped with Digic V

Mirrorless camera... possible too...

Most likely of all.... lenses.... 24-70 f/2.8 Mk2... 14-24 f/2.8... these are lenses with Canon patents...

I'll second the new lenses. If the 1DX is an Olympics release, I'm guessing the 200-400/4L will soon follow. I'd love to see the 14-24/2.8L too!

PDN/Photoplus starts Oct 27. Canon usually makes announcements about a week ahead of the Expo, so the new printers and 1D model 9 days before could be it. A new lens announcement would certainly be welcome.

I wondered if Canon is pllaying a numbers game, 18mp camera on the 18th, and on Nov 3, a 5D MK III or a 3D?? I already seen some speculation about the significance of the number 3 in the date.
