With Adobe going Cloud only, is this going to be off sale?

Hey guys,

I'm a bit confused. I was planning on getting LR soon, and have decided to go with the LR 6 download:

Is that going to be going offsale? Or is that something completely different?
Want to make sure it isn't going to go offsale before I purchase it

Lightroom 6 is entirely different from the creative suite, its sold all over the world, and the thinking may be different when it comes to a product more for consumers than for institutions and companies.
