BIRD IN FLIGHT ONLY -- share your BIF photos here

I'm just going to assume that this also applies to BIF -BAT in flight. ;):p

Daubenton's bat (myotis daubentonii) at 4 p.m. over a pond.
The busy bg made it very difficult for the AF to lock on it.
These were the only decent ones out of 35.

You made me to read the differences between the Cory's and Scopoli's shearwaters. Your photo illustrates probably the biggest difference one can see (without DNA analysis or vocalization): the underwing! I just learned something new, thanks!!!
I had to learn it too and had taken enough photos to do it unambiguously. That's the great thing about bird photography, we can study the photos at leisure. Using binoculars and telescopes you would need a photographic memory to learn afterwards.
