Little Grebe Fishing this afternoon (R5+200-800 at 800).

Very nice photos! On other hand I have to agree with Maximilian: Rudd (even small) is not looking like that. Look at the first photo: proportions of the body and these two "needles" that are not preset in the Rudd.
My conclusion: you may be better photographer than Grebe but it's by far better fishermen !

For a long time, woodpeckers did hide from me or were so far up in the tree that taking photos was no joy.
This great spotted woodpecker was half way cooperative. I hope better are to come in 2024.

Sequence of shots of a duke-out between two male mallards last spring. There was blood drawn. FIghting over a girl, I imagine, although I don't recall there being a female nearby. I posted a different one from the sequence quite some time ago.

A few more from yesterday morning. Right after ~8 inches of sticky snow was all over the tree branches and even my feeder's perch.

All taken with R5 and RF 200-800.

Can't resist posting this when it comes to high iso: Nuthatch R5 + RF 100-500mm iso 51,000. Should be a rebuttal to those who think the R5 small pixels don't work at high iso.

It looks like a cloudy day, deep in the forest or somewhere shady? Anyway, the noise reduction doesn't look obvious to me.

I do you adjust the NR settings a special way in DXO? I ask because I think your photo's NR looks less obvious than what I get at 10,000 ISO.

It was a bright day, but in the shadows. Not deeply in the forest.
NR just with default settings in DPP.
This is the robin (ISO6400) with NR off (colour and luminance NR turned to "0", zero, Moiré at "2"), still impressive IMO:
