The EOS R already uses the LP-E6N, which is same same battery found in any current EOS camera from the X0D and up, with the exception of the 1D X series cameras.

There is very little to nothing you can say about the camera ergonomics based on that, other than that it will be thicker than the M or RP type cameras.
