5Dm3 in camera crop

I would presume this has been covered before, but I have both the 5Dmark 3 and 6D, they give you the options to set a few different aspect ratios. How do you get it to show up as example 16:9 on the computer, any browser, PS LR anything and all still show it at native 3:2. I thought there was a way to set it in camera at say 16:9, then in photoshop it would automatically show it as it was set in camera? Any help on this would be much appreciated.

In the 5D3, only JPEGs are actually cropped. RAWs still contains the whole 3:2 data, and only metadata tell the shooting aspect ratio - but the software must be able to understand them. DPR probably does (never tried), but LR/PS may not.
