Anyone buy their 5DMk3 from Canon?

I ordered the kit from the Canon website - something I'd never normally do, but let's face it: this camera will be selling at MSRP for the forseeable future. The camera was listed as "In stock", and now my status reads something like "preparing for shipment".

Anyone have any experience ordering from Canon? How long did it take, roughly?

Thats normal procedure from them. They dont do the same day shipping like the big online retailers. Give'um a couple of days to pick,pack,and ship out.

I prefer the 30Day return period that Adorama has, I believe Canon has 14 days.
