It looks like the kind I'm afraid will crawl in your mouth and lay eggs if you open your mouth wile you sleep

Very nice! I've never witnessed an insect fight. Does the wasp sting or bite it's prey?

It cannot sting as it is only in german called wasp (Blattwespe) but in english "sawfly".
